ONJN strongly refuted this claim, stating that the current legislation is clear and strictly prohibits minors from entering gambling venues, as stipulated in Article 7, paragraph (3) of GEO 77/2009.

Self-exclusion is exclusively for adults and has no connection to minors’ access to gambling halls.
